The Winter Court

Roads, boots, bones. The Winter Court draws on singer-songwriter Cathal Pratt’s experiences as an immigrant to the American West. Themes of alienation, desolation, and loss are explored through single-take recording and a sonic palette inspired by vintage radio and tape. Equally at home in Irish trad or Americana, The Winter Court focuses on a story-driven intimate, lo-fi sound.
