The Atmospheric Music Alliance (AMA) is a member-led network for ambient artists and listeners. Started by StretchMetal in 2024, AMA connects a growing community committed to shaping the future of independent atmospheric music and dedicated listening spaces through collaboration, shared resources, and mutual support.
AMA is run by its members. Participants and Guides submit proposals, vote on funding decisions, and help steer programming. Membership dues support artist grants, educational workshops, community gatherings, and the structural direction of the organization. Members actively contribute to a shared ecosystem grounded in mutual care and artist-led decision-making.
