Mindful Listening in Isolated Times, pt II

Build a toolkit for mindful listening and explore making sounds together. In this isolated time, mindful listening can allow us to be fully present in our space and to cultivate awareness and appreciation even in moments of anxiety. We'll join together for listening meditations, sound journaling, and collective sound making. For those who attended the first event, this will be a mix of some of the same practices and some new ones!

Molly Jones is an improviser and composer based in Chicago. Her compositions range from chamber works to graphic scores to electroacoustic environments for improvisation. A former resident of the Ann Arbor Zen Temple, she maintains daily mindfulness practices.
