sean mcbride and liz wendelbo began their careers as xeno & oaklander in an abandoned factory building along the east river, a fitting start for a band whose sound draws heavily on the industrial sheen and electronic snap of 1980's coldwave. nearly 15 years after those fateful first sessions and the band is still going strong having just released 'hypnos' their seventh album and first for dais records.
