Presented by Dissonant Harmony, in partnership with Tea Base, we are launching a new series of events called Shameless!
Shameless centers disabled traumatized bodies, especially those who are multiples. Giving traumatized disabled folks a space to form bonds, connections and to be their true authentic self is important, no matter where they are in that healing process.
With the support of Bricks & Glitter, we are excited to celebrate the official launch of Shameless with a two part event: An intimate Tea House and a Drop in Social. All proceeds from this event will go towards supporting future Shameless programming.
The theme of our launch is “Transitions.” The change from Summer to Fall is a time when things slow down and many changes often take place. This is a time to share stories and reflect on past decisions and how those choices have led us into the present.
Tea House tickets MUST be purchased in advance ( $20-$30 sliding scape) while the Drop-in Social is PWYC (suggested $10-$15) but no one will be refused for lack of funds for the Drop-in social.
You can also pre buy a ticket and pay it forward to someone who may not be able to afford it.
If you are disabled/traumatized/multiple person and cannot afford a ticket for the Tea House, please contact Angelo Luu on messenger or Email Angelo_Luu@outlook.com.

Tea Base at Xuang Huong. It is located in the basement (food court level) of the Chinatown Centre behind the stage. Most of the entrances DO have several steps but there is one entrance door near the 'Super 8' that says "Chinatown centre' this entrance has no steps. There are two elevators that can take you directly to Tea Base.
Note: This event would not be possible without the help and support from Bricks & Glitter. We would like to give a special shout out and all the thanks for making this possible! Please check out all the different events that are going on during the festival: https://bricks-glitter.com/
