In this time of "self quarantine" and "physical distancing," we can still be social and still be inspired.... Let's gather virtually to watch Netflix's "Self Made," the story of trailblazing entrepreneur Madam C. J. Walker who built a hair care empire that made her America's first self-made millionaire woman.

Join LEAH MARCHE and SOUL MC (who has been a regular host of L!VE POET!C radio shows on RadioPhoenix.org) for a Netflix Party. We might as well watch it and chat about it together while we are stuck at home.

The miniseries is in four parts. We will watch the first two on Friday, March 20 (6pm PST/8pm CST/9pm EST), and the final episodes on Saturday, March 21 (12 pm PST/2pm CST/3pm EST).

HOW TO GET READY:
- Go to google.com/chrome to get the Google Chrome browser if you don't already have it.
- Go to netflixparty.com on a Google Chrome browser
- Click "Get Netflix Party for free!"
- Click "Add to Chrome" and then click "Add extension." Netflix Party will be added to the top right corner of your Google Chrome browser, next to the address bar, with the initials "NP."
- Be sure to RSVP via With Friends (& you will receive a few perks!)

THE DAY OF EACH SHOW:
- Sign in to Netflix.com on your Google Chrome browser
- The url to be sent to your email (4pm PST Friday; 10am PST Saturday) if you RSVP'd via With Friends; the url will be posted via the FB event page 30 minutes prior to the showing.
