Save the date for our November Turntable Supper! Local chef and farmer Sunil Patel is planning a menu highlighting his signature Indian cuisine, sourced with local seasonal ingredients. His menu will be paired with a broad selection of records, including Indian folk, Paul Simon, and Japanese folk.

About Sunil Patel:

Sunil farms and cooks in Asheville, NC. His farm, Patchwork Urban Farms produces al kinds of produce, herbs, eggs & flowers. . An experienced farmer of 15 years, he has learned more and more over the course of his growing career about the flaws in our food system. He founded Patchwork Alliance in an endeavor to utilize a cooperative business model to increase food security and build trusting relationships throughout Western North Carolina, where he has lived since moving from Pittsburgh in 2013. Sunil cooks farm inspired Indian food, and offers catering, pop-up dinners, and ready to eat foods.
