The Green Room Tapes Collective
In celebration of Diwali, The Green Room Tapes Collective brings their original sound and rich musicality to the stage. Founded by three young musician friends from Kolkata, India, the ensemble finds its roots in Indian Classical Music and focuses mainly on original music, ghazals, and Indian Classical fusion. Ghazals have been a predominant influence in shaping the band’s music along with other genres, creating an identity that reflects multiple traditions. Having toured extensively in India since 2017 and in the USA in 2022, the band looks forward to their 2025 tour, featuring the amazing young sitar virtuoso Snehesh Nag.
