Work on promoting your upcoming event with some other event organizers. Think drafting a newsletter, posting a flier, cleaning up your list, or texting some friends. Nothing formal, just a social way to set aside some time let folks know what you’re working on.
Will start with 15-20m of sharing our events with one another, and whatever promotion task you plan to work on, while sharing some pointers with one another.
Then we all get heads down and work on getting the word out while listening to some cassettes from the archive.
Then, we regroup and share what we made or learned, and getting a little more feedback before heading out!
