Electronic Music Meetup for People in Recovery

Portland, Oregon
Free

All people in recovery are welcome to join us at the synth library portland for a monthly event series, which aims to encourage connection, sharing, collaboration, creation with
other artists in the area. We want to create a brave space for people in recovery to grow, be creative and build community regardless of skill level or experience. This is an inclusive space and we welcome all people in recovery regardless of context. Recovery can relate to substance use issues, mental health challenges, or other large obstacle in life we must overcome.

While Synth Library Portland is providing the gathering space and sponsoring this free event you do not need to be a member of the library to attend, though we hope you consider joining our diverse crew of creatives.

Once a month we will try to meet at Synth Library Portland's space in Lloyd Center mall on a Tuesday evening from 5:30pm to 7pm. There won't be any group therapy or guided discussions, just a time to meet people and explore freely the library's array of instruments and gear.

We hope to see you there!

Date: Tuesday, April 29th
Time: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Location: Synth Library Portland
1256 Lloyd Center
Lloyd Center Mall, 2nd Floor, near Dicepool game shop
(We are just inside to your right if you enter from the 2nd floor of the Multnomah Street parking garage)

The event is free and you do not need to be a library member to attend so bring friends! RSVP for this event is encouraged but not required.
