We're delighted to partner with artist Alexandra Hammond, who has been offering her guided visualization, Museum of Me, virtually since quarantine began and will now be offering it to the Paradice Palase community. It's a 12 minute guided meditation wherein each participant envisions her own body as a museum and takes a tour through her imagined museum, observing what arises as she visits specific parts of the museum and searches for the most precious thing.

This is a chance to ground, "travel" in the imagination and wake up to the adventures available within. Alexandra has staged Museum of Me at cultural salons, in her studio in Brooklyn, and most recently at the Time of Now festival at Mass MoCA.

The program's total run time is around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Please bring a notebook or some paper and something to write or draw with for the program.
