Yunanda Wilson [of aThoke Lay] :: Yunanda is a recent graduate of culinary arts from AB Tech, and is from Yangon, in Myanmar (Burma). She started aThoke Lay to introduce the distinct flavors of Burmese cuisine to the WNC region. She'll be serving her playful take on traditional Burmese dishes, paired with an eclectic mix of alternative, hip hop & pop.

A portion of proceeds support the WNC Peer Support Network and their efforts to spread awareness of first responder mental health and provide Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) to organizations in Western North Carolina. More information can be found here.
