Good Composer/Dead Composer Moon Launch Watch Party (Sponsored by SpaceX and Jeff Bezos)

Brooklyn, New York
$11.90 (includes all fees)

Dance! Laugh! Play video games! Come celebrate with us in this milestone event brought to you by the deluded fools from GC/DC!

58 music videos, four albums of music, that combine to make an art installation? Not enough. This April, in an historic event, Good Composer/Dead Composer will be sending two child astronauts to the moon in a SpaceX-designed rocket to run audio tests in anticipation of the first album to ever be recorded on the moon.

Besides watching the live feed of videographer Josh Deane's two children being launched into space, the audience will be treated to GC/DC's top ten music videos, a headline show by Rouge Way, and then dance the night away to DJ sets.

This moon landing will be 100% real, unadulterated space travel.

As co-sponsor Jeff Bezos put it, "The customer wants moon music. They want American moon music. Imagine if the first moon music to happen is Russian moon music. It would be a shame. I like the erhu as much as the next \[gender-neutral noun\] but imagine how high Bruce Springsteen could jump on the lunar surface."

As music theory nerd Jacob Collier (who will be present performing selections from "Sprider Man: The Musical" using only a loop pedal and a toilet brush) put it, "This will be totally awesome. Like, one small minor second for \[gender-neutral noun\], and one giant major seventh for \[gender-neutral noun\]kind."
