Isa Leal is a PhD Candidate in Performance Studies and 20 year practioner in Contact Improvisation and Authentic Movement. They will lead all levels of movers including folx brand new to movement, in a safe inclusive enviroment of curiocity and play. Contact focuses on bodily physics and sensation. Its a great way to practice consent, and find connections to how we want to be in relation with the world and the people in it. Every Body Welcome.
