Summary: Tibetan Buddhist practices speak of the “natural state,” a state of deep relaxation and presence that recognizes our inherent interconnectedness with the unfolding mystery of self, other, and reality. For those interested in exploring the intersection between Buddhist practices and the psychic spaces of expanded consciousness, learning how to rest in the natural state can facilitate our ability to hold the fullness of our experiences without fear or grasping. Join Lama Liz as we discuss the benefits of cultivating our capacity to rest in the nature of our heart-mind as a vehicle for traveling with ease in the dancing universe of awareness itself.
