Come on out and get a crash course in the Video_Waaaves suite 2.5! This is a free and open source set of software tools for video art, including:
- Video_Waaaves: a video mixer/multitap video delay app
- Spectral_Mesh: psuedo scan-processing
- Artificial_Life: a chaotic video oscillator system
...and more!

In this class we will help you get everything installed on your own computer, and offer a short intro to each of Video_Waaaves, Spectral_Mesh, and Artificial_Life, along with some bonus topics like working with NDI and OBS. All you need to do is bring a laptop running OSX or Windows (unfortunately new generation m1/ARM macs not supported yet) and maybe a usb camera if you have one handy.
