expanding appon the first iteration, Embodied Technologies 2.0 aims to remind us of the cultural, ancestral, and spiritual origins of embodiment in an era of new wave somatic methodologies. during this two hour community healing experience, participants will move thought a gentle somatic practice sequence of discussion, body centering & skill development. FyerLyon is an artist, educator & healing practitioner that facilitates accessible community healing to gently mend the impacts of trauma(s) and oppression(s) as an effort towards collective liberation.

it is recommended that folks wear comfortable clothing & bring a small blanket or mat to sit on as participation from the floor is encouraged, if accessible. this event will include light movement, body-based exercises & modifications so all bodies can participate. no prior experience with somatics or embodiment is necessary. a light vegan & gluten free snack will be offered. Coaxial arts is accessible via public transit through Metro buses & Metro A & E line. no one turned away for lack of funds.
