Bricks & Glitter presents:
Workshop Series for Event Organizers
Circle of Care self-care workshop
Emotional
Mental
Spiritual
Physical
By having everyone go through their place in the present in these areas I hope will lead to discussions and their discovering their own self care regimes.
The Circle of Care will examine their support systems and how to go about getting such information in a safe way.
I am hoping that family, community etc can be viewed as possibilities.
