Join us this April to celebrate the long-awaited arrival of spring. We’ll be showcasing the region of Lazio with plenty of fresh spring produce and good warm-weather vibes.

Lazio, which is home to Italy’s capital city, is located in the central part of the country. The region’s varied geography dictates a cuisine that is simple yet refined, built to highlight the vibrant produce indigenous to the area like green beans from Lago Bracciano, delicate sweet peas from Frosinone and wild misticanze greens that grow spontaneously within the landscape. Here you will find some of the best artichokes in Italy, and the Romans cook them splendidly.

Dinner will begin with a glass of bubbly followed by a five-course meal, served mostly family-style. A thoughtfully curated wine list will be available for purchase with by-the-bottle options. Guests are welcome to bring their own bottles for a $15 corkage fee.
