We’ll be diving deep with writing prompts from Hanif Abdurraqib, Natalie Diaz and Robert Hayes, incorporating family images & personal histories into the narratives of our poetry.

Bring a family heirloom, a photo, a letter or another dynamic piece of ephemera from your family that has a connection to your continuing history, or that conjures a personal family memory. We recommend you bring a journal and writing implement and if possible, a recorder (your phone is fine).
