Join us at our community partner CETI Lab (Creative and Emergent Technology Institute) for hands-on synth fun.
Our library inventory is not based at CETI so the focus of these sessions is based on what you bring. Our facilitators will bring at least one piece of gear with them to play themselves and to share but the focus is what you bring to the session. We encourage folks to come in with their gear to ask questions, get feedback, discover new techniques, talk shop, collaborate, or simply hang out.
The electronic instruments you bring can be either loaned gear checked-out from our lending program or gear that you personally own.
All ages and skill levels are encouraged to come, including kids and complete beginners. You do not need to be a formal member to attend so it's ok to come to open hours or bring friends even if you haven't attended a new member zoom orientation.
It's a great opportunity to play with modular synthesizers, samplers, drum machines and other electronic music equipment, learn a few things, meet our facilitators, get more involved with the Synth Library, or simply spend time with like minded enthusiasts.
