Each 180-minute cocktail experience includes the following: Four drinks, often more, per person - one aperitif, two cocktails of your choice off of a seasonally rotating menu & one parting. We also serve shared snackies, provide charming conversation, and deliver an incredible story to share with your friends and loved ones.

Appointments are available on scheduled weeknights from 9 - Midnight, sometimes later if we're having a good time. Scheduling is subject to change and appointments may be stirred together. Excited about your upcoming visit to the Covert Cocktail Club? Interested in bringing some CCC lovely liquids home with you? We’re now offering batched & prediluted cocktails in both an 8oz round glass jar & 750ml beautiful bottle vessels. Stick em in the freezer and serve as cold as possible, straight into your favorite cocktail glass.

8oz bombs serve two ready-to-rock cocktails; 750 bottles serve 8 full tipples.

Cocktail Bomb Menu:
Pineapple Brine-tini: London Dry Gin, Dry Vermouth, pickled pineapple brine, black pepper bitters.

Bananavardier:
Bourbon, Sweet Vermouth, Pineapple-infused Campari, Banana liqueur.

Menta Negra:
Tequila, Creme de Cacao, Creme de Menthe, Absinthe, Mexican Fernet, Chocolate Bitters.
