certain lives is the experimental electronic project of nyc-based sound artist and researcher david farrow. farrow's artistic work employs noise, synthesis and field recordings to convey emotional vulnerability and explore how sound constructs political space. they regularly perform within the experimental, rave, and independent music scenes in new york city, and organize shows and installations with their collective evil dentist (@3vildentist).

alice does computer music is the solo project of new york city-based cellist, producer and vocalist alice gerlach. her unique approach to the cello combines classical training with improvisation and electronic music production techniques. the outcome is a group of songs that are simultaneously accessible and challenging; her work balances the emotional immediacy of pop lyrics with the sonic abstraction of experimental music.
