SAMBACOOL

The brand new yet unreleased project produced by New York based French Brazilian drummer Stéphane San Juan and co-produced by Brazilian/American A&R and producer Béco Dranoff

SAMBACOOL is a unique forward-thinking retro project based on the magical Samba Jazz style developed in Rio de Janeiro in the late 50's and early 60's. Sambacool features an ace trio comprised of Stéphane San Juan on Drums, Vitor Gonçalves on Piano and Eduardo Belo on Double Bass. The project was recorded live over a few sessions in June/July 2019 in Brooklyn, NY and mixed by award-winning engineer/producer Scotty Hard.
