This class shows you how to do exactly that by taking you through the cultural history and development of classic cocktails, and then giving you the tools you need to make it your own.
As per request we'll use some spirit-free inspirations and relate them to how the culture of cocktails used to be about health, albeit a little tongue-in-cheek.
