Circle Forward is about connection, our grief, and how we can move forward. We will demystify what it means to consciously co-create with our ancestors, both biological and chosen while acknowledging and processing our grief through somatic and writing practices.

This is a sacred space for self-exploration, storytelling and restoration. All that's needed is your heart, your mind and something to write with.
