Tea Base has always been driven by our mission to be an accessible and welcoming space for artists and young professionals.

After 6 month of operation, we have achieved so much! We've had the pleasure of hosting 68 events and being featured on CBC News (twice), BlogTO, and NOW magazine. Imagine what more we can accomplish if we continue building meaningful community relationships <3 together <3

However, surviving capitalism is a long term game and we can't do it alone. We need your help (i.e $$$) to become financially sustainable.

If we spend less time chasing revenue to make rent every month, we will have more energy to develop in-house programming for our community like Mahjong Mondays, Anti-Gentrification Zen Garden Club, Mother Tongue (Language Club), Bitch & Stitch, Movie Nights, Story Telling Open-Mics, Political Love Letters, and seew much more laaaaaaah ~~
