'The Hustle Habit' is a monthly conversation series with art world movers + makers, hosted virtually with PARADICE PALASE co-founders Kat & Lauren. Each session we invite a guest to share their experiences, stories, and more about how they got started on various projects, businesses, or side hustles.

For our September session, we'll be connecting with Eileen Jeng Lynch who has been working in the art world for over 12 years. Currently she is the Curator of Visual Arts at Wave Hill in Bronx, NY and oversees the center's esteemed "Sunroom Project" Residency program. She is also the founder of Neumeraki, which collaborates with artists, galleries, and organizations on curatorial, writing, consulting, and editing projects.
She has curated independently including with The Yard: City Hall Park, LMAKbooks+design, Lesley Heller Workspace, and Radiator Gallery. Before moving to NYC, she worked at the Art Institute of Chicago in the Department of Contemporary Art.
