Observing the Land: A Plant Identification & Drawing Workshop

Gather with us in connecting to nature through art, led by artist and herbalist Paige Emery. We will begin with a short walk in nature, learning about the plants of the land to deepen our connection with the land. Paige will teach drawing plants from life, including drawing techniques, botanical drawing principles, and connecting with the essence of the plants to flow in creativity. Everyone will take home drawings of plants at the end of the class. All levels welcome.
Nature trail on Tongva/Kizh land (East Los Angeles). Address will be emailed with RSVP.

• water
• blanket to sit on (if you’d like)
