Come together to celebrate St. Patrick's day with a full three course meal, hand crafted by the team at the Wurst, alongside a lamb butchery demo by McCullough from Chicago Meat Collective.
Hosted by Charcuterie in Griffith, Indiana, the ticket includes
a full menu prepared by The Wurst, starting with handmade charcuterie, followed by an individual shepherd's pie, and ending with Barm Brack bread pudding with an Irish coffee glaze. The event will kick off with whole lamb butchery demonstration, featuring a beautiful local lamb from Slagel Family Farm.
There will be a cash bar for refreshments. Masks will be required for entry, and we ask that anyone experiencing any covid-19 symptoms, or who has had known contact with a person experiencing symptoms or who has positively diagnosed to please stay home and stay safe.
