Attention to all Trainers, Rangers, Champions, and evil teams alike! After the success of “An Undertale & Deltarune Variety Show” in October, the Brooklyn NYC League is proud to announce its next evolution at Wonderville: “A Pokémon Variety Show!”

Prepare to embark on a full-party adventure featuring a whole Pokédex’s worth of entertainment, including performances from drag artists, singers, cosplayers, and DJ sets featuring iconic music from the nearly 30-year-old franchise’s games! We’ll also be testing your trainer skills with side quests like Pokémon trivia and a cosplay contest- with prizes!

Toby Chernesky and DJ Guilty Pleasures are excited to produce their second event with Wonderville! Toby Chernesky is a singer, producer, and actor known for his work in the NYC cabaret scene, most notably for “A Gay’s Dream: Broadway’s Leading Ladies with a Gender-Bent Twist!” at 54 Below in February and as well as “The LGBTQ+ Lifeline” at The Green Room 42 in August, a fundraiser cabaret that raised over $2000 for the Trevor Project. He is also known to perform in drag under the name Toast, having cohosted with RuPaul’s Drag Race’s Tatianna, and the recent sold-out Chappell Roan Tribute show at House of Independents in Asbury Park. DJ Guilty Pleasures is an NYC-based DJ, having recently worked with Frankie Grande for his album release party and the Broadway production of Death Becomes Her cast recording release party. He works all across Manhattan and Brooklyn.
