"QUITS, hailing from Denver, CO, whose members have done time in
countless highly regarded underground acts over the past few decades,
offer a unique take on what might lazily be described as noise-rock or
post-hardcore, but are in fact so much more...It is loud because it needs to be, not because you want it to be." - Sleeping Giant Glossolalia

Members of L&LK have done time in legendary bands such as Cows, Melvins, and Tomahawk, but what they offer here is a perverse and surprising take on punk-damaged avant-rock, like The Scientists, Chrome, and The Residents drowning in the La Brea Tarpits. As they describe it: "Tapes, synths, guitars, basses, drumm masheens....What do you want from us?"

Devin Sarno

IG: @devinsarno

"Over three decades, Devin Sarno has cultivated an esteemed position in the Los Angeles underground. Beginning with his dalliances in the fertile experimentation of mid-80’s SST Records bands (including providing lyrics for Saccharine Trust) and onto his ruminative ventures into high-frequency noise and low-end facing drone under the CRIB alias and his own name, Sarno’s prodigious itinerary of critically-lauded solo and collaborative ventures reveal an experimental ear with an unremitting dedication to his craft...Sarno’s latest solo releases uniquely forego the use of his signature bass for a drone vista employing synth, guitar, field recordings, and voice."

LA quartet 2070 are one of our city's leading lights of powerful, fuzz-saturated post-punk that hits like a whirlwind of Unwound, Eric's Trip, the louder moments of Duster, and that first Flying Saucer Attack LP. Crank it LOUD.
