Queer Open House

Portland, Oregon
Free

All self-identified queer folks are welcome to join us for an informal open house at the synth library. We want to create a welcoming environment to help grow our community of queer electronic musicians regardless of skill level or experience. We will have instruments set up and ready for solo or collaborative jamming. It's a great way to find like-minded friends and collaborators! We can nerd out about our music tools, ask and answer questions about our craft, play some music together, or explore the library's vast array of instruments in an inviting environment. Synth Library Portland will have volunteers there to answer questions about our gear, event programming, and membership + volunteer opportunities if you want to get more involved.

While Synth Library Portland is providing the gathering space and sponsoring this free event so you do not need to be a member of the library to attend, though we hope you consider joining our diverse crew of creatives.

Date: Friday, June 28th
Time: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Location: Synth Library Portland
1256 Lloyd Center
Lloyd Center Mall, 2nd Floor, near NAACP
(We are just inside to your right if you enter from the 2nd floor of the Multnomah Street parking garage)

The event is free and you do not need to be a library member to attend but RSVP is required. Please email info@synthlibraryportland.com if you have questions.
