Resoundingly You | Sunday, April 26, 2020 at 10 AM PST
Presented by virtual care lab and Hop
In this sonic journey together, we will use breathwork, vocal toning exercises, and sonic awareness exercises to explore listening, presence, and embodiment. Working from a collectively created intention, we will generate a soundscape together with our own voices, instruments, and environments. We will get in touch with our auditory and tactile sensations, become more attuned to our sensory perception, and explore deeper listening – to ourselves and to each other. Everyone can chime in!
About the host:
Hop is an interdisciplinary creator who weaves new worlds primarily through song, movement, and communion. Drawing from the energetic signatures of an area or people present, she seeks to bring harmony to any encounter. Using sound, movement, and bodywork to open up new possibilities for individual and interpersonal wellbeing, she is moved to remember and celebrate the ongoing now in peace and power.
This workshop will take place on Zoom, with a capacity of 10 participants.
Suggested donation is $5-25 – no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
virtual care lab is a new series of experiments in remote connection, and is powered by NAVEL.
