Join the Chicago Meat Collective and instructor McCullough (@meat_maid) for an afternoon learning how to make one of the most medieval, decorative, complicated, and delicious pieces of charcuterie out there - pâté en croûte! Starting from scratch, we'll build a pâté together, talk a little history and technique, and also get to snack on some of this creation!
This class is hosted by the wonderful Floriole Café and Bakery. There will be wines available by the glass, and of course, some bread! Class will run about two hours, and you will go home with a recipe and a slice of pâté!
