Learn basic sewing! You'll leave knowing how to sew on buttons and do hemming (e.g. for repairing or making pant legs shorter). You'll also know how to thread and work a sewing machine and how to hem clothes on that. Bring a T-shirt you can sacrifice and we'll upcycle it into a tank-top as your first project.

And remember, if you don't have a sewing machine or other supplies you can always come by Resistor's open craft nights and borrow one and get help!

This course will be taught by the NYC Resistor Member Susanne. As with all NYC Resistor events, this class is 18+ and governed by our Code of Conduct.
