Chicago Meat Collective classes offer hands-on, interactive butchery and meat cookery instruction, featuring locally sourced meat and snacks from our favorite wine and cheese purveyors.

This year, we are offering four gift certificate options based on the prices for our most popular classes. When you purchase a gift certificate, you will receive a confirmation email, as well as a PDF voucher that you can share with the recipient. All they have to do is email mccullough@chicagomeatcollective when they see a class date that they want to attend. Classes are first come first served, and gift certificates will be good through December 31st, 2024.
