NOVPAROLO
Novparolo is an ongoing collaboration between Bev Stanton and Winston Psmith. Stanton has won over a dozen Washington Area Music Awards in the Electronica category. Her music has appeared in shows on the Discovery Channel, VH1, MTV and other cable television networks. Stanton is one of 24 female electronic artists and deejays profiled in Pink Noises: Women in Electronic Music and Sound (Tara Rodgers; Duke University Press, 2010). Winston Psmith (the "P" is silent) is an American experimental musician, who has spent far too long in the company of machines. He calls himself a "black box" musician, since so much of his sound comes from black boxes with blinking lights.

SIR E.U
“There’s a myriad of ways to describe SIR E.U, and a shortage of words that do the 27-year-old DC native any justice: idiosyncratic, innovative, relentless Aquarian leaning contrarian. As a multimedia artist, he’s spent over half his life designing sound, specializing in rap music and performance that shapeshifts on his whim and refuses to landlock itself. E.U’s been heralded, swagger-jacked, and still overlooked in the deep lineage of the D.C. underground.” (Michael Penn II, VinylMePlease.com, November 18, 2020)

TAG CLOUD w/ RAVEN BAUER DURHAM + JAMES LAWRENCE WOLF
Chris Videll performs as Tag Cloud, which started in 2009, as a series of best-forgotten experiments with field recordings and has come to include analog electronics, effects, cheap keyboards, metal percussion, and Shruti box. Best described at this point as “electroacoustic sound sculpture and carpets of drone.”
