Join us on the Autumn Equinox in an ecological ritual to move in alignment with the rhythms of nature, guided by ecological artist and herbalist Paige Emery. The Autumn Equinox is a pivotal time in the Earthly calendar to embrace and give thanks to what we can harvest, and to come into balance as day and night are in perfect balance. As we, too, are part of the cycles of nature, honoring this time through ritual helps foster the conditions for personal and collective transformation.
Autumnal tea and a spread of seasonal bites will be provided. The ticket price helps to cover the cost of food and herbs, while a sliding scale is offered for accessibility. This evening’s ritual will be held on public lands along the Arroyo Seco, a short walk from a nearby parking lot. Please park and meet at the trail entrance to leave on time.
We ask that you bring:
- a blanket to sit on
- a flashlight
- water
- flowers or other offerings for a collective altar
- an autumnal food offering to share (if you’re able!)
- celebratory attire is absolutely welcome
These moments with Paige are an absolute gift & we hope to see you on this astronomical re-beginning 🍂
