A new quarterly program, resource forums create opportunities for community members to connect and share information across industry topics and interests.

RSVP to attend our first virtual session on Wednesday June 2nd at 7:30pm EST, on Zoom.

The subject of our first session will be PARENT ARTISTS. Are you a mom or dad AND a working creative professional? Or a caretaker? Thinking of becoming a parent soon?

Join us for our first session where we will discuss concerns about the dual role of being a parent artist as well as opportunities and resources families, with the conversation moderated by PP member Lauren Skelly Bailey.

Here's a little preview of the evenings agenda:

*Intros: What's your number one concern as a parent artist or caretaker?
*Resource Share: What resources are available to parents, which residencies are open to parents or willing to make scheduling work, etc.
*Open discussion: Open conversation for others to bring up their concerns or share their journey in making it work; How do artists handle mom/parent guilt and making? How to combat fear of fizzling out in your creative practice, etc.

The program will run about 1 hour.
