Big Milk: Comics & Comedy at BMX2

Brooklyn, New York
$14.01 (includes all fees)

Greetings loved ones. The year is 2022. The internet towers over us all, enveloping us with its ease, accessibility, and corporate greed. Small businesses crumble and Big Jeff has seamlessly replaced all parts of the DIY space with promises of "free next day shipping" and "3D printed gun." September 2nd and 3rd, cartoonists, comedians, and creators have teamed up to make a powerful, wacky show. Quirky, even. For you, the people. And for us, the people. And for our landlord, Aldo. It is up to you to support local artists and have a banger of a good time to boot :) Big Milk is the monthly show and community event for comics readings, comedy performance, short films, and good times. Big Milk is in Brooklyn and is hosted by Alex and Siah :)

WHAT IS THE CITY RELIQUARY?
Reliquaries typically house the ostensible bones of dead saints. We house the bones of New York City. From seltzer bottles to schist cores, roller skates from racially integrated rinks, and a burnt out lightbulb from the Statue of Liberty's torch. All these and many more artifacts are in our collection, ready to be shared with our community.

Since our founding in 2002, The City Reliquary has been collecting, preserving, and sharing pieces of New York City. Now more than ever the stories of every New Yorker need to be told.

We use this space to breathe new life into New York city, with not only our incredible collection of interactive historical exhibits, but continuous and stimulating programming, arts, and events.
