Byron Westbrook
First emerging from within New York’s experimental music scene nearly two decades ago and now based in Los Angeles, Byron Westbrook weaves intricate tapestries of sonority bridging the worlds of sound art, installation, avant-garde electronic music and synthesis. He works between immersive installation formats and music performance, utilizing a wide array of sound design, synthesis techniques and field recordings. Westbrook’s practice approaches sound in a structural way, where the architecture of a listening space becomes a key collaborator in his concerts. His work has been presented internationally at institutions and festivals such as the Biennale Son, Walker Art Center, ICA London, MOCA Los Angeles, MoMA PS1, MaerzMusik, Akousma and Rewire Festivals, as well as residencies with Headlands Center, Civitella Ranieri Foundation, ISSUE Project Room, EMS Stockholm along with highly acclaimed releases on imprints like Shelter Press, Important Records, Root Strata, Hands In The Dark, Umor Rex, and Ash International. He currently hosts Chromatic Fields on dublab radio, a monthly program exploring overlap in ideas between music making and visual arts practice.

Tibi Group
Tibi Group (USA–DE) is a newborn performance and art collective, conceived by its founding nucleus as an open site for evolving practices and membership. Its work spans collage, spoken word, movement, amplified objects, print, and improvisation.
