Manifesting Stuffies for Your Child Self

Learn how to design and sew a stuffie (stuffed animal, pillow, soft toy) by hand! Participants will envision what their body/brain needs, sketch out a design, and learn basic sewing skills. Melo will give suggestions of materials people can use from around their house! Melo’s goal is to give you skills to swaddle yourself (or a loved one) and to translate spiritual practices/needs into tangible objects.

Materials: Pencil, paper, sewing needle, thread, any type of fabric scraps or old clothing (old t-shirts are great), old pillows

Who is this workshop for? This workshop is designed for people with little to no sewing experience, but all are welcome!
