Aunt Vicki is a trippy guy girl duo somewhere in the foggy area between psych rock and folk. The two very different songwriters (Erin Campbell and Lee Dyer) combine elements of many genres to form short concise songs with strong pop sensibilities. The starlight is a charming place to catch a show - very cozy, like your living room or perhaps someone else's nicer well stocked living room.
Karen Kunkel is not to be missed. Last time she sang at the Starlight the building's ghosts unabashedly came out to hang. She was that good!
