Join us for an inclusive and transformative experience centered on energetic bodywork and its powerful healing processes. Hosted by spirit friends and practitioners: Traci Brodnax (Holy Fire reiki master practitioner), Adia Harris (biodynamic craniosacral therapist) and Tash Nikol (reiki healer and herbalist).

**What is Body Process?**
Body Process is a collective healing exchange and gathering dedicated to accessible energetic and body-based healing practices for all. We’ll explore healing through the chakras and encourage attendees to explore how different healing modalities can help support and transform their healing journey.

The first of a 7-series event, Body Process will focus on the Root Chakra (Muladhara). Located at the base of your spine, the Root Chakra is represented by red and the Earth element. It serves as the foundation of emotional and mental well-being, focusing on our sense of feeling grounded and safe in our physical bodies and securing our basic human needs. This chakra is also connected to our ancestors, family unit, and early social environment, influencing our desire for logic and structure.

The autumn season is time for harvest and the root chakra is activated at this time. During Body Process, we’ll provide an experience that aims to encourage us to initiate a practice of clearing blockages in our root chakra and awakening our senses to connectivity, groundedness, and healing.

**What to Expect at Body Process:**
Energetic Bodywork: Engage in healing practices including a sound bath By Traci Brodnax, group reiki and root chakra stimulating herbal tea made by Tash Nikol, and aromatherapy and candles made by Adia Harris.

Community Connection: Meet like-minded spiritual beings and build relationships with others who are on or interested in starting their healing journey.

Shared Experiences: Participate in group discussions and activities that promote connection and growth.

**What to Bring:**
Comfortable clothing (shoes off in facility; wear socks if preferred)
A yoga mat or blanket (optional)
A journal and something to write with (we will have some available)
An open heart and mind
