Ny Electronic Underground begins it's residency at The Keep with a presentation of esoteric and contemplative music. These performers are both fun and thought provoking, appealing to the mind as well as the body. The music will be good for dancing, but will be just as enjoyable to sit and chill whilst contemplating the music that is being presented.

There's an old slogan from the early days of the internet counterculture, "information wants to be free". This ethos permeates the performances of RADIO WONDERLAND who uses the live broadcast stream of FM radio as his source material. RADIO WONDERLAND grabs live radio broadcasts right out of the air and manipulates them into new and innovative compositions which can never be repeated. He performs with handmade MIDI controllers created from quirky everyday objects such as a steering wheel and a range of old shoes.

His method explores deconstruction of the mainstream media narrative, subversion of media manipulation through altered juxtaposition and collage. Each performance unwittingly contains satirical commentary on the style and content of mainstream broadcast radio. Radio Wonderland is an alchemist, conjuring music from sources that are not music with devices that do not appear to make music. The music he makes will be unlike anything you have ever heard before.

N8TRONICK will be spinning contemplative electronic music with good vibes for dancing or just enjoying your head.
