Artist Hayden Dunham kicks off the Collective Skillshares with an embodiment workshop. The intention with this workshop is to share techniques and strategies for returning to your body and staying inside of it. This workshop is ideal for empaths and highly sensitive people who have a tendency towards disassociation or leaving their body. It will begin with a light meditation, then go into more practical tools using different elements and eventually leading to make a conceptual tool kit that you can carry with you everywhere.
