L.B. incorporates movement, and contextual objects, composing with reality while developing a personal instrumentarium. His live appearances often include elements of performance art, object-based installations, or acousmatic experiences.

Henna Chou (she/they) is a sound explorer with experiences living in Tucson, AZ; Overland Park, KS; Berkeley, CA; Ames, IA; Beijing, China; and Montpelier, VT. Chou is anchored in the Austin, Texas creative community participating as a cellist, guitarist, keyboardist, and sound artist. Previous participations include work with Salvage Vanguard Theater, Paper Chairs Theater, COTFG, BLiPSWiTCH, Heloise Gold, KDH Dance, Collide Arts, The Blanton Museum of Art, The Contemporary Austin, Museum of Human Achievement, Phonography Austin, Sonic Transmissions Festival, Performa Dance and Golden Hornet. @auxauxauxaux YouTube

Joshua Thomson (he/him) is one of the more unique, and versatile saxophonists working throughout Austin’s live music scene. Known for his work ethic, creative approach, and improvisational prowess on alto saxophone, Thomson has been working professionally since 2007 and as a full time musician since 2015. Thomson originally moved to Austin from Detroit, MI in 2008 and has been actively performing in Texas for 13 years. You can find Joshua performing in a variety of musical settings ranging from Arab music, Latin, Brazilian, brass band, folk, funk, jazz, world music, & experimental contexts. Because of Thomson’s diverse background, he has served as a valuable asset to the Austin, Texas music community. @joshuacthomson YouTube

Ivan Liptak is a guitarist, songwriter, improviser, composer, and experimental musician from Washington, DC. He went to school in Western Mass where he played in noise projects including AaA and Un monton, torero. He studied contemporary classical composition, composing for the JACK quartet and Wet Ink Ensemble. He was also in ensembles performing works by Sun Ra, The Art Ensemble of Chicago, and George Russell among others. During the pandemic he studied Guitar Performance at Berklee College of Music because they don’t offer a degree in cassette manipulation. He currently writes music for the groups Clothes, Opposite Tiger, and others.
