Generative Composition with Modular Synths

$11.90 - $22.46 (includes all fees)
Up to Free for members

In this hands-on workshop, we will explore ways to harness unpredictability in electronic music composition. We will use basic synthesis tools like LFOs and noise generators to craft self-writing melodies, complex rhythms, and evolving modulation. This workshop will be accessible to anyone with a solid understanding of control voltage and concepts will be applicable to any genre of music. Working in small groups, attendees will have the option of recording a patch at one of 4 modular synthesizer stations.
