Ruido/Noise presents Rhymin’ Drive-In #7.5!

We’re doing a fundraiser cookout and celebration! Come hangout in our dear friends (Carter & Peri’s) backyard for drinks, food, film, and fun.

In 2023 Ruido/Noise produced a short film called Regreso a Casa. Regreso a Casa has been selected to represent Venezuela for the first REDIV 2025 International Congress “Geopolitical Bodies in Digital Territories: Video Dances in the 21st Century” taking place from October 29 to November 2, 2025 in Bogotá, Colombia. A screening will take place at the Cinemateca in Bogota, Colombia on Wednesday October 29th.

Raffle tickets will go for $5 and the prize is 2lbs of coffee delivered straight from Bogota, Colombia on November 1st! Our event is free and we'll have a Venmo code for anyone who wants to support travel costs for the films director. All proceeds go towards helping Angelica travel to Colombia from Venezuela for the screening.

Ruido/Noise is a platform for artists working in transmedia or time based media. Transmedia is an interdisciplinary practice and our programming seeks to expand the field by facilitating opportunities for collaborations, exhibition, and experimentation.
